For exchange of unused merchandise:

For any product purchased through this website, Instagram or in our physical stores, you have 30 calendar days from the purchase of the product to make a change. If your purchase was made through the website, the 30 calendar days begin to count from the date on which the transport company has delivered the product to the assigned address.


The product you want to change must be in the following conditions:

- It must be in excellent condition.
- It cannot have traces of having been used.
- It must not be modified or altered from its original state.
- It must be clean.
- In the original packaging that was sent (Box and Bag).

Changes can be made both at our physical points and through our mail info@greenbearshoes.com. In case you request a change through the mail, Green Bear Shoes (Escala Creativa SAS) will not assume in any case the costs of shipping the products. The requesting client must pay 100% of these.

Changes are made for products of the same value paid by the customer. If the requested product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the surplus. In the event that the requested product is of lesser value, Escala Creativa SAS will not refund money. The balance may remain in favor of the customer for a future purchase.

In Colombia, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 and Unique Decree 1074 of 2015, in order to make the guarantee or product exchange effective, it is necessary that the consumer:
i) report the damage to the product or the reason for the change,
ii) make the product available to the vendor, and
iii)indicate the date of purchase.
